TechnologySPA has an MDE-approved technology plan to guide and support curriculum needs.
The following technology is available at the academy: Three to four computers per classroom Netbooks Two computer labs Scanner Digital Cameras Laptop Computers (Mobile Lab) Promethean Boards/projectors Elmos/projectors Flip Cameras Software/Programs at SPA include: Scantron- used three times a year as an assessment in grades 2-8 to check student progress and gear instruction. Study Island- used in grades 2-8 throughout the year for MEAP preparation Curriculum Crafters Starfall- used in the primary grades for language arts support Discovery Education CPAA- Children’s Progress Academic Assessment |
