Saginaw Preparatory Academy is now accepting board appliactions for persons interested in being apart of our school board.  Applications can be found in the school office.  All applications must be turned in to the office by March 15,2012

Saginaw Preparatory Academy is hosting a Scholastic book fair begining February 10th -February 21st.  The book fair will be opened during school hours.  Please call the office at 989-752-9600 if you have any questions. 
 

S.P.A. students have been participating in a recycling program since the begining of the school year.  Saginaw Prep. is currently in 2nd place amongst other schools in our area. The contest will end in May 2012. Keep up the good work S.P.A. !!

Saginaw Preparatory Academy was presented with a plaque from the Saginaw County Rescue Mission for rasing $422.00, which was the largest dollar amount raised by participating schools in the Saginaw area.  The money that was collected will go towards meals for the homeless in our area. 

Students at Saginaw Prep. are practicing awarness of bullying through Dr. Bank's national program called S.T.A.M.P. Out Bullying.
Dr. Bank's research based program is designed to educate and equip students with a five point strategy to S.T.A.M.P. out bullying. 
S = Stay away from bullies.
T = Tell someone.
A = Avoid bad situations.
M = Make friends.
P = Project confidence.

Saginaw Preparatory Academy staff and students are going green for the 2011-2012 school year!  Staff and students are recycleing paper and plasctic items as part of a contest with the Michigan Waste Authority. This project is intended to help students and staff be mindful of our enviorment. Saginaw Prep currently has recycled over 300lbs of materials.
